Brief information about our journals:
- Current Problems of Service and Tourism (VAK K-3, EGPNI / White List) is an international scientific and practical journal covering trends, strategies, methodologies, and best practices in the sphere of service and tourism in the Russian Federation and worldwide. Key publication areas include geographical tourist resources of regions, tourist‑recreational complexes and clusters, spatial organisation of tourism and hospitality, development of attractions and historical‑cultural heritage sites, tourism in a multicultural space, state regulation of the tourism industry, and other topics related to the tourism sector.
VAK specialisations: Economic, Social, Political and Recreational Geography. The journal ranks 1st in the “Domestic Trade and Tourism” category in the RISC.
- Service in Russia and Abroad (VAK K-1) is a reputable and popular periodic scientific and practical publication dedicated to economic issues in tourism, hospitality and related sectors. Publication areas include the tourism and hospitality industry, sectoral economics, tourism (Russian and international experience), quality management in the service sector, and many other topics in a similar vein.
VAK specialisations: Regional and Sectoral Economics (Economic Sciences); World Economy (Economic Sciences). The journal attracts more than 30,000 readers per year.
- Service Plus (VAK K-2) is a publication aimed at forming a comprehensive system of knowledge in the provision of services and the development of cultural and educational tourism. Topics of publication include culture and civilization in the space of tourism and hospitality, education, upbringing and enlightenment, creative industries, and the economics of art.
VAK specialisations: Art History and Cultural Studies; Theory and History of Culture and Art. Our journal is read annually by over 25,000 people.
- Universities for Tourism and Service Association Bulletin (RISC) is a scientific and educational journal aimed at supporting and disseminating current Russian and foreign theoretical and practical research in the socio‑economic and humanitarian aspects of the development of tourism and service, as well as promoting the development of specialised education in tourism and service in Russia. Our journal is read annually by more than 11,000 people.
