In Ingushetia, guides will be trained on the basis of research institute

The authorities of Ingushetia intend to prepare tour guides on the basis of the republican research institute and provide them with reference materials to disseminate accurate information about the history and culture of the people, said the head of the region Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov.

" We talked with employees of the Ingush Research Institute about the work of tour guides. There are cases when tourists who come to Ingushetia do not receive completely reliable information about the history and culture of the republic, including distorted information "- quoted "Interfax" Kalimatov in his press service.

According to the head of the republic, in Ingushetia, the training of guides on the basis of scientific research institute will be strengthened and they will be provided with historical and reference materials.

It is also reported that at the suggestion of scientific figures in the region will continue studies of ancestry and history of settlements, develop the project "Living history of Ingushetia", an archival work.

In addition, the meeting discussed the establishment of a scientific and research base in the Djerakh district, conducting expeditions, preparing analytical materials and bringing together specialists from Moscow, St. Petersburg and other regions.

Separately, the participants focused on the restoration of objects of historical and cultural heritage.

As the head of the republic recalled, since 2022 with the support of the charitable foundation "Safmar" in Ingushetia work is being carried out on the preservation of monuments.

It was previously reported that within the framework of the project " SPNA (Specially Protected Natural Areas) - Science - Volunteers Trilateral Partnership Model" it is planned to prepare and certify at least 100 guide guides and volunteers, create a system for managing recreational load, Development of three ecological routes with information stands, as well as the implementation of an educational program for guides, tourists and local residents.
