"Aeroflot" introduces new benefits for members of Special Military Operation

"Aeroflot" is preparing new support measures for the participants of the Special Military Operation, which should make air transport more accessible. This was reported by the group’s CEO Sergei Alexandrovsky.

With the start of the upcoming winter season, the airline intends to provide a significant amount of concessionary tickets for flights to places of rest and rehabilitation. The specific directions and modalities of the programme have yet to be defined.

Additional benefits are provided for Special Military Operation veterans and their families. As part of the loyalty program "Aeroflot Bonus" they plan to earn more miles for flights.

Another support measure will start in September. Service support will be available to Special Military Operation members and veterans: priority baggage handling is arranged for them at airports.

In addition, a separate information section will appear on the "Aeroflot" website. It will collect information on the services of the airline aimed at improving the accessibility of flights, as well as information on other measures of support for military personnel, veterans and their families.
